This is a private, year-long coaching experience. It is the most comprehensive and personal work I offer, and I work with a very limited number of clients at a time.
A year is the right amount of time to do something real. To move past the surface and into an honest understanding of what you want and who you are becoming.
A thinking partnership. A sustained, private space where the most important questions of this chapter of your life finally get the attention they deserve.
Some of what surfaces will surprise you. Some of what you discover will quietly rearrange things. That is what a year is for.

What This Year Includes
01. Private Half-Day Kickoff Session
We begin with a dedicated half-day together. Before anything else, we get honest about where you are, what you are carrying, and what this year is truly for.
02. Three Private Sessions Per Month
Ongoing, deeply personal coaching that moves with you. Strategic when you need it. Reflective when the moment calls for it. Fun when the time feels right. Always in service of the bigger picture we are building together.
03. Mid-Year Reset Session
A dedicated space at the halfway point to step back, see what has shifted, and recalibrate. Some of the most important work of the year happens here.
04. Between-Session Support
When something significant surfaces between sessions, you will not be left to navigate it alone.
05. Full Access To All Program
Including Calling in “The One”™, group coaching programs, and any new offerings released during your year together.
