Divorce has changed a great deal. Mediation, collaborative divorce, and other paths now sit alongside the traditional courtroom route, and the one that fits your circumstances shapes how long this takes, what it costs, and how you and your family come through it.
A plan helps you choose well. Together we get clear on what matters to you, what your options are, and which professionals you need at each stage. You arrive at your attorney’s office, your mediator’s table, or your financial advisor’s desk prepared, with your questions ready and your priorities in order. Their time goes to the work they do best, and that preparation saves you time and money.
I’m an ICF Certified Life, Relationship & Divorce Coach, and I work alongside attorneys, mediators, and financial professionals. I’ve also been through divorce myself, more than once, and I know how much steadier each decision feels when you have a plan to work from.
You may still be deciding whether to stay or go. You may be in the middle of the legal process, or the papers are signed and you’re working out who you are now. I work with women and men at every one of those points, privately or in a small group.
Some people want one-on-one attention and a pace set entirely by their own situation. Others find their footing faster in a room with people facing the same decisions. Both work. Choose the one that fits how you like to be supported, and if you’re unsure, we can sort that out together on a call.
One-on-one, for women and men
Private coaching built around your situation and your timeline. We work through the decisions in front of you, from whether to stay or go to mediation, finances, family conversations, and what comes after. You’ll understand your options and know what you want before you’re asked to decide.

Weekly group, Tuesdays at 3:00 PM Pacific
Weekly group coaching with me, alongside a small group of men working through the same decisions. Bring the legal questions, the financial ones, and what’s going on with your kids, and get direct coaching and a straight answer. A private community and guided resources carry you between sessions.
Your attorney protects your legal interests. Your financial advisor makes sense of the numbers. Your therapist helps you work through what you’re feeling. A divorce coach helps you think clearly while all of it is happening, so you walk into each of those meetings knowing what you want and what matters most to you.
That preparation has practical value. Your professional team works more efficiently when you know what you want, and decisions made with a clear head tend to hold.

Some people come still asking the question, weighing what leaving would cost against what staying already is. Some are in the thick of it, navigating attorneys and financial decisions while still showing up for everyone else. And some are on the other side, legally finished but still finding their footing, figuring out who they are now and what they're building toward.
Wherever you are, there is a place for you here.
A Clarity and Direction Call is a free, confidential 45-minute conversation. You’ll choose a time and fill out a short form so I know a little about your situation before we talk. Together we’ll work out which kind of support fits you best.
What Clients Are Saying
For years, JoAnn waited until her husband was asleep before she came to bed, sliding to the edge of the mattress and holding herself still until morning, waking up every day with an aching back. It took her a long time to connect the two.
She was 54, married 29 years, and had quietly stopped expecting anything to change. Within a year of reaching out, she had finalized her divorce, bought a home chosen entirely for herself, and become the owner of two businesses she never imagined owning.
Personal stories from my own life: funny, odd, occasionally embarrassing, and always turning up some small truth about being human.
