Group Coaching & Support Community for Women Navigating Divorce

When a long marriage is ending, or has already ended, the decisions in front of you can feel bigger than anything you've faced before.

The Threshold is weekly group coaching for women navigating divorce, whether you're still deciding, in the middle of it, or rebuilding on the other side. You get real coaching, direct attention within the group, and a community of women who understand what you're carrying.

What this is.

Weekly group coaching with me, Tuesdays at 12:00 PM Pacific. Three sessions a month are group coaching. The fourth is yours: a makeup session, extra support, or time to go deeper on something that came up.

Each session is real coaching, not just discussion. You bring what's actually happening, and you get direct, individual attention in the room, alongside a small group of women doing the same work.

Between sessions, you have a private community, guided resources for the harder weeks, and access to a network of vetted divorce professionals when you need one.

Who This Is For

The Threshold is for women at any point in divorce: still deciding whether to stay or go, in the middle of the legal process, or already on the other side and figuring out what comes next. Wherever you are, you belong here.

Why Group Coaching Helps

Watching another woman move through something you're dreading shows you it's possible. Hearing someone name a feeling you couldn't put into words moves something in you too. And the steadier you feel in this room, the steadier you show up everywhere else: with your attorney, your children, your ex.

This may be the first time in years that support has been entirely about you, not about managing someone else's needs or emotions.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm not sure I'm ready to talk about this in a group.

You control what you share. Many women find it easier to open up here than to keep pretending everything's fine with friends who haven't been through it.

What if I'm still deciding whether to stay or go?

This is often when support matters most. Many women join during discernment and find real clarity here.

What if my divorce is already finalized?

You still belong. Legal paperwork doesn't end the emotional work of rebuilding.

What about missed sessions?

The fourth session each month can be used as a regular session or as your makeup session. Sessions aren't recorded, since this is live support and often confidential information..

I can't do Tuesdays at noon.

Reach out by email, or book a Clarity and Direction call. A second group time may be possible, or I can add you to the waitlist.

I went through my second divorce at almost 50, after a decade as a stay-at-home mom. I didn't understand the complexity of what I was facing, and my settlement showed it. But the harder part wasn't the legal work, it was figuring out who I was once I wasn't someone's wife anymore and having to rebuild a life on my own, and discover what I actually wanted to build next.

I built The Threshold so other women get support for both: the practical decisions in front of them, and the bigger question of who they're becoming through it.
